Concur Recruitment is a specialist recruiter with 2 specialist divisions which serve the engineering and industrial industries, known as Concur Engineering and Concur Industrial.

The business was incorporated in July 2013 and opened the doors to its offices in September 2013 on the Hatton Estate in Warwick. The founders of Concur Recruitment: Steven Convery and Karinna Shields have over 18 years combined experience in the engineering and industrial recruitment industry. Having previously set up successful engineering and industrial desks, and Steven previously running a successful industrial recruitment agency, they decided to open Concur Recruitment a specialist engineering and industrial recruitment agency with a difference, servicing the West and East Midlands area.

The name Concur Recruitment was taken from the idea to ‘concur’ which is to agree with our customers principles. The vision was to be a specialist recruitment business and to have specialist divisions with consultants who only operate in one sector and not dilute the business with generalist recruiters who work multiple sectors. This is the directors continued vision.

Concur Recruitment has gone from strength to strength since first opening its doors as Concur Engineering back in 2013. The company relocated from their first office in Warwick to a larger headquarters in Coventry on Courtaulds Way to expand the business into additional sectors. Concur Recruitment have since gone on to become a multi-location agency with multiple offices across the UK.
