The business was incorporated in July 2013 and opened the doors to its offices in September 2013 on the Hatton Estate in Warwick. The founders of Concur Recruitment: Steven Convery and Karinna Shields have over 25 years combined experience in the manufacturing recruitment industry. Having previously successful set up recruitment teams within the Midlands area, and Steven previously running a successful industrial recruitment agency, they decided to form Concur Recruitment a specialist manufacturing recruitment agency with a difference, servicing the Midlands area with niche manufacturing specialist talent.

Concur Recruitment has gone from strength to strength since first opening its doors as Concur Engineering back in 2013. The company relocated from their first office in Warwick to a larger headquarters in Coventry on Courtaulds Way. Concur Recruitment have since gone on to be announced as one of the Top 3 Recruitment Agencies in Coventry to work with.
