I am Karinna-Dorothy Shields. The joint director and Co-Founder of the best Recruitment Agency every created, Concur Recruitment. I am one of those super annoying people who absolutely LOVES their job with a passion, Concur is my baby and I love what I do and feel extremely blessed to have found my passion in life. So much so I literally bleed green.

When I am not at work then I am normally with my family members (the Evans Shields squad) or exercising to release all the stress they give me. I really enjoy Bikram Yoga and have been doing it for around 12 months now, nothing beats a good sweat. I am normally sweating out all the champagne or cocktails I drank the night before, but life is about balance right guys? My favourite holiday destination in the world is Dubai and I travel there regularly, I am lucky enough that my best friend lives there, so it is an annual trip for me now. I enjoy the beach clubs, shopping, sunbathing and nightlife.

In 2017 I gained an angel called Tyrone Evans Shields.
Final facts I think people would describe me as loud, ambitious and moody (jokes).
