My client is a bespoke carpentry company who are currently based in Stratford. They are currently looking for a Bench Hand Joiner who will also be responsible for responsible for producing products.

Key role and responsibilities for this role;

You will be working in the factory to produce bespoke wooden furnishings

As the Bench Hand Joiner you will be responsible for operating production machinery such as panel saws and also using hand tools.

      Also the Bench Hand Joiner will be expected to work in the workshop using your own initiative.

Minimum requirements for this role

The Bench Hand Joiner will need to have previous experience using wood production machinery including panel saws, jigsaws, band saws etc.

Should the Bench Hand Joiner have an NVQ or similar in Carpentry or Woodwork this would be highly advantageous but not essential.

      Ideally the Bench Hand Joiner will have experience in a commercial joinery background and is confident fabricating surfaces and doors.
