Key role and responsibilities for this role;
•   The successful Team Leader will be leading a small team of 5 -10 workers.
•   The Team Leader will be responsible for drilling, trimming, cleaning and using hand tools to finish the companies many plastic products.
•   The Team Leader will be responsible for communicating with the Production Manager to prioritise jobs and react to the company’s needs.
•   The Team Leader will be responsible for assuring the work areas are tidy and conform to health and safety standards.
•   The Team Leader will be responsible for leading by example and making sure work is completed swiftly.
•   Assuring stock racks are organized and tidy.

Minimum requirements for this role
•   The successful Team Leader will have experience drilling, trimming and cleaning amongst other duties.
•   Experience leading a team will be essential, applicants without this experience will not be considered at this time.
•   Should the Team Leader have experience in an engineering environment would be high beneficial, particularly in plastic production.
